Jennifer Marie Kesic
Jennifer grew up in her family's hunting and fishing store in Vancouver and Surrey. Her mother and father successfully ran their shop for 28 years before retiring. George her father, is an expert in firearms and has been a competitive silhouette target shooter with rifle and handgun for over 40 years.
In that time he has won numerous Canadian competitions and also claimed first place at one of the many American competitions he attended. At the Rod and Gun clubs in the lower mainland and fraser valley, has served as president, vice president, treasurer as well as many other roles and been a solid and dedicated mentor that many have looked up to for decades.
Jennifer took up what became a serious interest in archery when she joined a weekend workshop learning horseback archery for her birthday in 2019. Thanks to mentor and friend Stephanie Laversin of Fraser Valley Mounted Combat and Val de Monts Farm in Langley BC, Jennifer began her archery path learning both mounted archery and ground archery in the traditional recurve style. Jennifer is certified as an NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) level 1 archery coach through Archery BC and Archery Canada. She hopes to fill at least one shoe of her fathers and is very thankful for his example of the love and dedication to a sport. Jennifer has found archery to be mentally and physically healthy, fun and actively builds community. She is so pleased to share it with you and thanks you in advance for your support.
