Hello

I'm Jennifer. I'm a dynamic, grounded and caring kind of gal. People tell me I have a calming and patient presence. I love to pass on a sense of connection to those I interact with personally and professionally. It's my desire to offer your nervous system some time to relax, decompress and move toward equilibrium. My hands feel most alive when using them for the offerings I've trained in over the last 20 years.

To say it best, I am a trained as a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner.  The culmination of my modalities offer an overall return to equilibrium, while my client can gain great insights about their body, both from personal lifestyle pathways as well as through congenital pathways (passed on through birth by hereditary means)

Reflexology

Craniosacral therapy

Sound bowl restoration

Thai massage

Iridology assessments

In 2009 I serendipitously found a school of experiential natural medicine led by my teacher and mentor, Farida Sharan. I went through the school's self healing and purifying program which they custom build for every individual. I studied the intricate art and science of iridology analysis, infinity touch foot reflexology, back to basics healing diets training and counseling, therapeutic essential oil application, emotional balancing with bach flower essences and herbal medicine studies. I am currently continuing on a deeper dive with two more schools  (Evolutionary School of Herbal Medicine and Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine).

Finally, coming full circle in right timing, Full Circle Wellness studio is opening in the picturesque heart of lower Gibsons village.

I have a special interest in extending select modalities to children and young adults as a way to help these age groups feel included in the holistic road to wellness and balancing the nervous system.

You can also become certified in standard first aid (40hr course) with me as well as spend time in the water one on one, or in a small group, as I am a certified swim instructor for adults and children.

I've surfed the waves of life in joy and gratitude with many international travels and exciting pastimes. I look forward to passing on some uplifting and nourishing energy during your visits here with me.

My road to wellness education spans over a couple decades

In 1999 I became interested in the healing arts in my hometown of Vancouver. I certified through Kwantlen college in therapeutic aromatherapy massage and studied 50 essential oils in depth, learned acute custom blending and application. What a wonderful place to begin my journey. Learning Reiki, an ancient and focused resting of practitioner's hands above the reciever's chakra centres to help balance energy flow, came next for me. I travelled abroad to live in India and furthered my certification in Reiki and Vipassana meditation. Between 2009 and 2017 I studied traditional practical naturopathy under Farida Sharan and her school of natural medicine certifying in comprehensive iridology, infinity touch reflexology, traditional naturopathy, healing diets counselling, bach flower remedies and herbal medicine. In 2017 I studied 3 levels of Craniosacral therapy. In 2018 I joined the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and 2021, the Wild Rose school of Herbalism.
