Jennifer graduated in 2017 from Pure Health School of Natural Medicine (est.1977) under director and mentor Farida Sharan. Farida has been working and teaching as a highly skilled naturopath, master purification mentor, master herbalist, master iridologist, healing diets counselor, reflexologist, writer and passionately leading by being a living example. She taught that evolutionary education and self-healing unite knowledge with wisdom through experience. Jennifer is certified in Infinity Touch Foot Reflexology, level 3 Craniosacral Therapy and also offers Thai Massage (for those 5ft10"/175lbs and under) carefully tailored to your body's specific range of motion and flexibility levels. Jennifer provides a gentle and deep Himalayan sound bowl re-balancing experience with multiple bowls on and around the body to calm the nervous system and body at the cellular level. Jennifer continues to deepen and expand her studies in herbal medicine through Wild Rose Herbal College and the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and is certified in therapeutic aromatherapy through Kwantlen college.

Thai Massage (for those 5ft10"/175lbs and under)
Thai massage improves flexibility, range of motion, circulation and relieves pain and tension. It will help improve energy levels and quality of breath and sleep. Remain comfortably clothed on a gymnastics mat on the heated floor. Enjoy completely relaxing while she gently moves your body into a series of supportive stretches suiting your specific range of motion. Thai massage also uses compression, gentle pulls, massage and acupressure that will enhance circulation and lengthen muscles and tendons.
Deluxe Aromatherapy Foot Reflexology
This treatment for the feet and lower legs including the knees uses the INFINITY TOUCH style for greater comfort, connection and relaxation. Begin the treatment with a herbal foot soak, mini shoulder massage and end the treatment with steamed towels. Reflexology is not only a deeply relaxing treatment, it is also like a full body massage concentrated through the feet. The bodies organs are mapped out via nerve endings in the feet making this a comprehensive holistic treatment. There is a misconception that reflexology can be painful. INFINITY TOUCH reflexology will not cause pain but does use levels of pressure along with slow flowing movements.
Craniosacral Therapy
Rest, reset and rebalance with a series of comforting holds. Remain comfortably clothed on a massage table. In the first part of this treatment, tension melts away in the bones of the skull, face, neck, spine and sacrum. The second part of the treatment gives focus to the organs of the body. The session will begin with the Himalayan Sound Bowl Rebalancing Experience.

Himalayan Sound Bowl Rebalancing
Multiple singing bowls placed around and on the body will recalibrate and harmonize cellular integrity while also taking you on a deep meditative journey. You can find out more about this modality by looking in to the history of healing with sound vibration through the study of cymatics.
Organic Castor Oil Pack
An age old deeply nourishing anti-inflammatory topical application to assist the G.I. tract, liver and gallbladder. It can be worn for the duration of a reflexology treatment or a craniosacral session. Think of this as a wearing a warm hug as the pack is then wrapped and covered with a hot water bottle.
Abdominal Massage
Not everyone resonates with the idea of their abdominal area being massaged. However, mostly everyone can certainly benefit from becoming gently accustomed to it! This is an amazing experience that helps improve digestion and the surrounding organs. It moves physical tension and helps release emotional stress. It can boost the immune system, align posture, relieve pms and tones the surrounding organs.

Resident Practitioner - Tuesdays
Dana Wilson
Dana Wilson has BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and is a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, working with tuning forks as a unique sound therapy. The forks act as large acupuncture needles and use vibration on the body as well as in the interacting fields of energy and information surrounding the body. Biofield Tuning combs through the current, entraining it to a more balanced harmony.
She is a Reiki Master practitioner - using the Japanese method of relaxation and stress reduction in conjunction with the tuning forks to promote healing. She also enjoys giving guests deep tissue Mayan abdominal massage, closing with a tuning fork facial. Dana also gives Swedish oil massage and offers Bach Flower Essences on request.
She has completed a Pachakuti Mesa apprenticeship in a ~5000-year-old cross-cultural Shamanic tradition designed to support a return to equanimity in relationships with the Earth and each other. This complements a lifestyle of Permaculture Design and off-grid homesteading.
Through her apprenticeship, she has been initiated into a reverential practice called a despacho, in which participants create a beautiful and balanced mandala from natural items like flowers and seeds. The despacho is an offering of gratitude and ayni (sacred reciprocity) to the Earth.

Biofield Tuning (60min)

Treat yourself to this unique sound therapy which creates targeted nervous system relaxation, that can help you feel more joy, harmony and balance.
The body is electric, producing current that can get blocked over time. The tuning forks emit sound and vibration, creating waves of energy to the surrounding environment. The combination of using tuning forks on the body as well as in the field of energy around it, can disentangle some of the blocks and rejuvenate the body’s natural energy flow.
In addition, the forks are weighted and unweighted and produce different frequencies. They can elicit a more enlivened or grounded state of being depending on which ones and how they are used.
Group Biofield Tunings (60min)
Cost varies with location and group size
Working together with a group in this vibrational sound therapy can involve an intention specific to each individual or collectively shared. With groups of less than 5 people, tuning forks will be used on the body as well as in the biofield. With larger groups, more work is done with the collective energetic field away from the body.
Participants are invited to listen deeply to the body’s response to the sound and vibration of the tuning forks and encouraged to relax, enjoy and potentially share what is arising.
Mayan Abdominal Massage (~75min)

Mayan Abdominal Massage is an ancestral healing tool unique to Mayan healers and midwives. It can be used to treat imbalances in the reproductive and digestive systems in men, women and children. It also increases circulation and improves organ function, optimizing general health. The Maya believe that our soul can be affected by different energies, such as fear, which causes blockages leading to physical problems. The massage helps to realign the organs, centre our energies and is a holistic approach to overall health. As the abdomen is our energy centre, it is a highly effective tool used to reset the whole body.
After the massage, a “faja” or Mayan cloth, is used to wrap around the abdomen and help support the body.
Reiki (60min)

Japanese for ‘universal life force energy’, Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, relaxation, health and well-being. It is a wholistic practice where the practitioner uses energy through the hands to encourage emotional or physical healing to come from within.

Biofield Tuning Facials (30min)

The acupuncture points on the face have been used in China since before 265AD. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, beauty was a reflection of healthy qi (life force) and the face a mirror of the internal organs.
Facial enhancement techniques such as the Gua Sha tool and jade roller are two of the classic facial enhancement techniques to help improve the elasticity of the skin and help produce natural collagen.
The Sonic Slider tuning fork (93.96Hz) is a western-developed tool with similar goals. A thicker handle and a vibrationally-enhancing boot on the end of the fork, allows it to be slid along the skin, encouraging the vibrations to travel along the meridian lines of the face.
Both sides of the face can be worked at the same time with two tuning forks.
A session works along from the top of the chest to just beyond the hairline, but also activates a few of the acupressure points on different parts of the body to assist with grounding out the treatment.
Biofield Tuning First Aid
Using acupuncture points, the tuning forks can be used to help relieve several common ailments such as headaches, various body aches and pains, tinnitus and more. This treatment is used within the standard Biofield Tuning session if there is extra time or a specific request.

Pachakuti Mesa Empowerment
Working with transformative Andean technology, this empowerment involves the use of sacred rocks and crystals with facilitated breath work and visualization techniques to open up healing potentialities of the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and/or soul levels.

Despacho
Join me to co-create a beautiful and balanced mandala from natural items such as flowers and seeds. The despacho is an Andean practice of gratitude and ayni (sacred reciprocity) to the Earth and is great for setting group ceremonial intentions as well as individual prayer. When prepared and offered with love, a despacho creates a resonant space and can help restore balance and harmony to one’s life.
They are particularly potent when offered during a full or new moon as well as during eclipses, solstices and equinoxes.
